Smashing legendaries takes 1 second per 3 legendaries at most, considering you do 4 grifts, that's about 13 seconds total (+ about 5 seconds for the walk time to the blacksmith in-between runs) Kadala takes about 5 seconds to spend all bloodshards of you buy rings, amulet or weapon (best map is act 2 for speeds, or act 1 if you almost never identify) and another 5 to salvage everything
